360Energy Systems installed throughout Australia are backed by a 5 year Warranty and nationwide technical support service, so you can be confident of your investment’s future.

Technical assistance within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) and within 48 hours (Saturday and Sunday).

A Technician will contact the installer or owner to assess the fault and record system data.

Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer / action the call, however there will be a backup answer phone service.

Warranty Management

Target is to repair or replace faulty equipment within 1-3 days. Time is dependent on location and delivery of required parts.

A service request will be logged with a qualified contractor in the area.  A replacement unit if required will be dispatched to the qualified contractor.

Please ensure you take the 15mins to complete the warranty registration of your system on our 360Energy website. Please note without correct registration, your warranty may not be valid. Ask your installer for details.
